It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as a OBC category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

If 28275 is your OBC rank then you have very less chance of getting any of the NITs and thus you should focus on other colleges as well.
