Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 283 marks which indeed are very less.... But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, no matter whether you fall under reserved or Unreserved category, because you chances of getting a government seat for BAMS course is almost negligible... And the cutoff for Private Colleges for BAMS is also near about 380+ marks which are also too high according to your NEET score...
See, you won't be able to get a seat neither under all india quota, nor under state quota...
But you can apply for some private colleges that may provide you admission with some donation...
