no my friend 304 is too low to qualify for any of the government medical colleges in West Bengal even with the SC quota as of the 2018 cut off
you can definitely apply for any private medical college like KPC medical college your IQ city medical college with 304 marks for admission via the management quota seats but as per the government quota seats reserved the all India quota of the state quota with 304 marks you will not be able to make through even with your SC reservation

Hii

The councelling and admission process for 2018 is over. So you need to appear in NEET2019 to get into a medical college and score 320 or above marks to get into any college in west bengal as the last year cuttoff was around 320.

Thanks!

Hey Suman.

Here is a list of all government medical college in west bengal and their respective cut off ranks and marks for admission in the previous year for the SC category under the State quota. You can't get admission anywhere in west bengal now with your NEET 2018 marks. You'll have to attempt NEET in 2019 and scorea minimum of 320+ marks according to previous year trends for a fair chance of admission here.
