The cutoff for Madurai medical college SC category last year was 447 marks and 46294. The paper last year was on the difficult side and then also cutoff was in 440+ marks. This year the paper being disastrously easy, nothing less than 490+ can be considered safe.
It is hard for me to say  but unfortunately you can't clitch a seat in Madurai Medical College.
Well don't lose hope and register yourself in the counselling process. Lets see what all colleges you can get and then plan further.

You definately have chances of getting seat in madurai medical college because it's Cutoff was 326 marks for SC candidate,
