Hello dear
You can get but its quite difficult to get a seat with 349 marks for a student of sc category under state quota.
For example, marks required in neet for getting a seat in Government Medical College for sc category like Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur was 436 marks last year .
So your chances are negligible to get a seat.
