Unfortunately, you have very bleak chances of getting a government seat with your score, even taking in your category. Most government colleges don't accept scores less than 500, even considering the state quota application. We suggest you look into private medical colleges of your choice.

See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low for u to bag a seat in the govt college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses even under ur OBC category. I m providing u a link for ur help.
