At this Score it is quite difficult to get admission for mbbs in government colleges because you are belongs to general category ,the cutoff is high. You can try out for private and deemed Universities.

Cutoff is different for every year ,many factors are behind that like paper pattern,students appeared, categories. etc.

Don't demotivated you can get good private colleges for mbbs .
