Hello
Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible  chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in jammu and kashmir even through 100% state quota .You might land up in a private college .Previous year minimum marks required for a candidate was440 for sher e kashmir institute of medical science.
You might get admission in any other state through kashmiri migrant quota.
