Hello Jyotish,
Since you have mentioned you are from BSEB, then you must lie in top 20 percentile of your boards to be eligible for admission in NITs and IITs. Well, since the top 20 percentile list for BSEB is not out yet, we should have a look at past years top 20 percentile of BSEB. In 2017, top 20 percentile of BSEB was 313 marks for general category students, whereas in 2018, top 20 percentile of BSEB was 293 marks for general category students. Well, keeping these figures in mind, I think it is safe to say that your marks of 374 makes you easily eligible for beong in top 20 percentile of BSEB as it is clearly above the top 20 percentile of past few years top 20 percentile.
