It's tough to secure a GMC seat with your given marks through AIQ even with reservation quota, last year cut-offs for SC has been above 460-470 and in some of the top medical colleges it's gone beyond 500 as well, from your profile it seems you belong to UP, even through state quota chances are tough as last year 415 marks secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich, you should consider other options of private colleges or deemed universities, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
