As u say that ur score is 381 bt u havent mention ur category so getting govt medical college in maharashtra with these marks is quite difficult if u r from UR nd OBC category bt if u belong to SC category then u can expect govt medical college bt chances r still less bt if u r from ST category then yes chances will increase of getting govt medical college or we can say u will definitely get the college.

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college.
