We can't predict this year's admissions because the cut-offs have increased very much. You will get a seat under management quota but not in a good private college. This year it has been saying that people who scored 400 marks above have a good chance of getting a seat under management quota in good collages.

Under management quota any candidate only has to clear the cutoff marks to get a seat in general.

So, as you had scored 385 marks in neet 2019 then you had enough chances to get a seat of mbbs/bds in any private medical college of Telangana under management quota.
