Hello preeti,
I'm sorry to inform you but according to the eligibility criteria decided by NTA, you're not eligible for NEET UG 2019.
NTA states that:
In respect of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes (OBC), the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved Candidates.

Hope this helps you out.
Feel free to ask any further queries.
All the best for a bright future.
