I have 37.15 pcb group aggregate in hsc and I belong to sc category can I eligible for neet exam

I am sorry to say, but you won't be elligible to appear for NEET because of your aggregate in PCB being too low.
The minimum percentage required by the SC Category students to be elligible for NEET is 40% which you missed by some marks.
