Based on this score the chances are less to get Civil Engineering in IITs, NITs. You can have the chance for M.tech Climate Science and Technology in Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar, M.tech Infrastructure Engineering and Management in Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati etc.
