Since your rank is about 43k so according to the previous year cutoff for Electronics and Communication Engineering at BIT,Bangalore.

According to 2017 comedk counselling,closing rank for ECE in Round 3 was:47578

But every counselling results are quite different depending on : difficulty level of the paper,no of students appeared,...etc

So this year you may get what you deserve but always prepare for the worst,coz if you will get a seat in ECE branch it will be obviously the 3 or the last round.
