With a score of 448, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges, only if you belong to the reserved category. It also depends on the state of yours. For example, With this score, you can get a seat in the government medical colleges of Karnataka while it is not so in the case of states like Rajasthan for which the scores are extremely high even in private colleges.
