Hey!
The eligibility criteria of CAT is as follows:
completion of graduation with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) students need at least 45% marks instead.
So if you are from general category, then sorry to say that you are not eligibile to apply for CAT.
I will suggest you to improve your grades in graduation first by giving improvement exams.
