There are some private college which may accept your rank for cse like Techno university which is a new college.
Last year closing rank of this College for cse was 47k so you have some chance for this College.
There are other colleges too .
.Moreover if you are very interested to take cse than you can also go for management quota in some private engineering college.

WBJEE has no certain cut-off marks. Securing a positive score secures your rank. If you are thinking about good govt colleges and Jadavpur University, then about 2 k rank will certainly secure you a place at KGEC & JGEC where as Some highly preferred branches in JU need less than 1 k rank.
