WBJEE has no certain cut-off marks. Securing a positive score secures your rank. Yes, may it be 50k to 60k but you will secure a rank. If you are thinking about good govt colleges and Jadavpur University, then about 2 k rank will certainly secure you a place at KGEC & JGEC where as Some highly preferred branches in JU need less than 1 k rank. That's it. You can check previous year's opening & closing rank on careers 360 website.

So if you got 50000 rank in general category then I suggest you to take admission in a private college under wbjee.
