According to previous year's cut off, none of the colleges under state quota have cut off below 560 and if the trend of previous year continues then you will have a hard time getting a college in Rajasthan via state quota.

There are few colleges in different states which has AIQ for general category below 540. For example:

Govt. Medical College, Tirunelveli: 453

Ram manohar lohiya, lucknow-469

Up rural institute of medical science, etawah- 493

Few Colleges have a cut off between 540-560 too.. so If the cut off lowers this year so you may have a chance otherwise you are in a tough spot.
