With the marks you obtained in the NEET UG you can get the seat in govt. medical institute easily. But you have not mentioned the state for which you are applying for the admission. The mop up round is for the admission in the govt. institutes seats left through the all india quota seats. As the seats are very less and most of the seats are allotted to the candidates with the higher NEET score you can try for the mop up round and if your marks fulfill the criteria then you you will get the seat in mop up round.

if you are from reserved category than your chances is more rather than in general category in government medical colleges.
You can also try for private medical colleges. In private medical colleges your chances is more rather than government medical colleges..
