Hello. It is not possible to exactly say that you will be eligible or not. For exact cutoff you need to wait till April. NTA will declare the overall merit list on 30th April after Jee Mains April exam. This merit list will be dependent on best of two attempts of candidates appearing twice and the tot. no. of students appearing in the April exam.

But for now you can check your rank on the basis of your percentile by the below formula.

Rank formula- (100- percentile score)*(874469/100)
