Dear Somya , yes there is a great chance of you to get a seat in government medical colleges of Bihar. According to last year's data , the cutoff was 542 for two colleges - Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College , Bhagalpur and Sri Krishna medical college , muzzafarpur. And it was 579 for Medical college in Patna. Since , cutoff changes every year depending on various factors , but you have a wide gap. So , you are on safer side.
