Hi Ayub,
Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get an engineering seat in colleges in Bangalore. Bangalore is the city with highest engineering colleges in Karnataka. With this rank you may not get a seat in top institutes in Bangalore but you can expect a good or better colleges, if you are looking for branches like Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering rather than CSE or ECE.
