Last year cutoff of KGMC for UR category was 572 under state quota and 589 under AIQ. But this year , the cutoffs are likely to increase seeing the easiness of paper , so you can expect a cutoff between 600-610 for state counselling and 615-625 for AIQ. Since , you haven't mentioned your quota , i can not predict whether you will get a,seat there or not. But i won't be wrong if i say that under AIQ ,you have very low or no chances of getting a seat there. 

To be on a safer side , you must predict the names of other colleges where you can get a seat in UP.To know the names of  such colleges , follow the given link :
