i have got 62 percentile in jee mains,can i get any college of up on this percentile,obc category ,female

Your expected rank will be around 4 lakh and your chances for any government college seems very low.You have less chances of qualifying in JEE main as generally the cutoff for OBC category goes around 75 percentile.You need to score 85 or above percentile to have decent chances of qualifying in JEE main and getting a good college.
