Whether you are eligible for jee advance or not will depend upon whether you have crossed the cutoff marks declared by NTA officially. This cutoff will be different for different categories of students. As of now, the cutoff have not been declared and reportedly will be declared after the jee mains exam in April.

However according to previous year statistics, your rank is quite low so it is difficult to say whether you will qualify or not but wait for the results.

Till now we can't be able to predict that either you will be able to appear for JEE Advance or not for that you have to wait until the cuttoff for the JEE Advance will be announced by the authorities of NTA in the month of April . Well if you are having the percentile of approx 70 then you have the better chances for appearing in the JEE Advance but anyways hope for the best.
