64% , if you ask from DU's point of view is not really great as the cut offs go much higher, even in the ST category.

But still it depends upon the subject you choose and the college too.

There are many colleges with good rankings affiliated to DU, you may have a chance of admission in them in may be 4th or 5th cut off.

But these information i am giving you based on previous year cut offs, you can still wait with a hope for the official cut offs to be released by the University for 2019 admissions.

Hello Vaishali, based on your 12th board marks and given that you belong to ST category you can get admission in B.A(Hons) in multiple good colleges like B.A(Hons) in economics from deshbandhu college, Ramanujan college and Bhim Rao Ambedkar college, B.A(Hons) in Sociology from Bharati women's college, B.A(Hons) in Hindi in Gargi womens college etc. Below is the link to the details of 2018 cutoff(up to round 10) for DU colleges:
