Eligibility for jee mains is to secure 50% in 12, to take admission in nits 75 % or in top 20 percentile criteria is there

yes you can take part in jee main exam . but for nit , iiit and gfti admission 75% is mendatoty for general category students . however 10% relexation for ST/SC studends . for state govt engineering colleges minimum score is 50% in PCM where you can apply through jee main rank . hope this help you .
