Hi Harsh,
IIIT Bangalore provides only two subjects - IT & Electronics Systems Design in their M.TECH program. So according to their past year cut offs at your rank you can definitely get the college.

Cutoffs :

IT : 600
ESD : 620

Your information is outdated...they have two streams only...cse and ece now.
