as per your categorical rank, yes you have quite good possibility to get NIT campus. You will also get top campus but may not be for demanding branch as CSE and  ECE cutoff is below 100 .

You can apply for core branch like EEE or ETC or for non technical   branch like ME, CE, automobile, aerospace engineering.

for PwD category, you will be eligible for JEE advance. for current year qualifying cutoff , you have to wait until result is declared.
