Sir i am from gen(pwd) And i got 73% in +2 exams. Sir my jee percentile is 77% And crl-pwd rank is 582 Can i get cse in any nit?

As you have not obtained 75 % aggregate in your +2 exams you are not qualified to apply for NITs. You should try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get a good college and your desired branch. You could use the following link to check for colleges which you may get based on your score.
