Hello,
With your percentile in JEE Mains,your rank would be more than 2.2 lakh in the common rank list. Even your category rank would be very high.
With such huge rank, you have no chances of getting a seat in any government engineering colleges like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your category rank won't be of any help here. You won't. Be able to government funded colleges for engineering.
So please go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains.
Some of them are

Sharda University Greater Noida
Amity University Noida
SRM UUniversity Chennai
Manipal University
LPU Jalandhar
