You can surely Convert MUP college Of Pharmacy.

Chances with other top colleges like Nanavati and Giverment college of pharmacy are low since cutoffs are above 130.

Moreover for ICT Chemical engineering, cutoffs above 150.

MUP College of pharmacy has great chance and is recommended as well since college offers decent placements with average package of 3.9LPA and above 75% placements.
