As per the previous year cutoffs, CSE branch at NITs and IIITs closes at 35K CRL rank and 12K OBC category rank. So, at 76000 CRL rank and 21000 OBC category rank, it seems that there is no chance for you to get into NITs or IIITs with CSE branch. Yes, you can get some of the lower cutoff branches like Mining or Petroleum engineering if you want admission into NITs only. But if you are interested in CSE and want CSE only, then you can go for some state level colleges or private colleges as you will easily get CSE there.
