You seem to have less chances to get admission in DU under science stream but if any chances you can check it through the college predictor tool available below:

May be I will not get any college in DU then what should I do because I want to study in Delhi and want to take coaching for IAS

You can try in arts stream if you can get any.Apply for arts subjects as well.
