Candidates who have qualified the cutoff prescribed for each category will be elgible for the conselling procedures.Now the cutoff depends on various factors which are subject to change.

You have score a pretty good percentile in JEE Main Papaer 2.It would had been better if you had mentioned your rank.The cutoff for different colleges is usually released in  the form of opening and closing ranks.There are speerate opening and closing ranks for Home Quota and other states for seperate categories.

Now you need to fill in choices for the colleges of your interst.Once you have qualified the cutoff of some particular college you will issued a call letter after which you have to appear for counselling.Now as per your domicile you can apply for the respective NIT,GFIT,IIIT and the other colleges in your home state.
