Considering all your factors you are eligible for JIIT Noida. Since you got 59 marks in Maths that is also considerable because they will check your PCM percentage first if you have more than 60 percent then no need to worry about that. Inorder to get in Japee you have to write it's entrance examination based on the rank scored in entrance exam only you may able to get in rather on JEE score.

Yes you are Eligible to apply for Admissions at JIIT Noida.
Only the case is you should have % > 60 in PCM.
Plus you have to secure gud marks in their entrance Exam!
