Firs of all let me make you clear that for admission to Economics course offered by different colleges in DU, is offered on the basis of your Best four marks for which detailed information is given in the link below :-

As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General category, if wrong then please mention the correct one in the comment section below.

Now if the percentage mentioned by you is best four than on such percentage it would be quite difficult for you to get any college of DU for Economics because the cut-off percentage varies above 96-97% for General category in the colleges of DU for aforesaid course. For e.g. in Miranda House expected cut-off for this year is around 98%+ for General candidate, similarly for Hansraj college it is around 97%+
