JEE Main Paper-2 is basically for taking admission in B.Arch programme in various National level recognized colleges.

With your above mentioned percentile, it's quite tough to say whether you'll get admission in Jamia or not but I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as you have some slight chances of getting seat at that time.
