If I talk about the cutoffs for MBA in iit then it generally starts from 98 percentile for IIT Bombay and goes down upto 90-91 percentile for IIT Roorkee and Kanpur.

So if I talk generally if you want to do MBA from IIT and belongs to general category then you must score more than at least 92+ percentile for any IIT. But as you have score around 88 then it's also a very good score and you can easily get top MBA colleges too.

Dear applicant as you know with your CAT Score, 88.39 percentile your chances of getting Top Most IIT's is unfortunately quite less. IIT Bombay, Madras, they have high percentile requirements whereas you can expect your seat in IIT Roorkee. Other than that there are many MBA Colleges in India, but mostly for colleges with strong NIRF Ranking the cut off remains over 90 percentile. Even for IIM's it remains quite high.
