You haven't mentioned your category.Kindly mention it in comment box so that we may answer accurately. With the given percentile you can expect a rank around 86901.
You can calculate your rank using the formula given below
(100-total percentile)*869010/100
In your case it is
(100-90)*869010/100=86901.
If you belong to general category it is difficult to get seat in NITs.However, you may qualify for JEE advanced.So it better if you prepare for JEE advanced.

Haider hope you are doing well as you have not mention your category here then assuming as you as a general category student then you are not eligible for getting admission into NIT Jamshedpur with 90percentile. You have to secure at least 98 percentile to get admission into NIT Jamshedpur with good branch
