Firstly, do tell me which category of reservation you belong to?

Secondly, not a lot of colleges provide Psychology Honors. The notable ones providing the course are Indraprastha College for Women, Daulat Ram College, Aryabhatta College and Kamala Nehru. Out of these, 3 are girls colleges while the rest is a co-ed college. Even Lady Shri Ram provides psychology as a course.

Coming to your chances, (assuming you are a General category student), landing LSR or IPCW is a little difficult. However, Aryabhatta you should be landing by the 3rd cutoff. Daulat Ram is a little dicey, and I would say you have a 50-50 chance.
