NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but using previous years data we can predict your chances. According to your mentioned rank your general category rank will be around 61k. It's quite hard to predict your OBC category rank as it depends on the number of students appearing in JEE main April session. You have moderate to low chances of getting mining engineering, Civil engineering at the newer NITs.For now, you have to wait for the official results.

According to your percentile your category rank would be around 21k-23k(by careers360 rank predictor).But this percentile is not sufficient to fetch a seat in Nits/Iiit/gfti.still you have a chance to get into Nits,prepare well for april exam. As there is less time you should work smart. Prepare a schedule as per the known weightages and work evenly for the 3 subjects. Prepare short notes for chemistry from ncert. Also prepare a formulas list for maths and physics. Time management is also an important thing,so work on the practice papers within the given time. Maintain a error notes where you should note all your errors so that it will be useful for revision
