According to last year cut off of M.Sc. physics or as well as chemistry , chances of admission is very rare . But you must wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling . As you not mentioned your category here  , so it difficult to say that admission happen or not . I considered you from general category . If you are from unreserved category admission chances very rare.
