As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 115045 - 85657. Your category rank will be little less. There is a less chance that you can get any NIt/IIIT on your rank because the cutoff rank for NITs and IIIT are around 97-99 percentile last year. For more information you can check the list below:

but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
