If you have opted for upgradation in round 1, if you get seat allotment in second round the previous seat allotment will be automatically cancelled. You cannot claim the previous seat allotment. If you aren't allotted a seat in round 2 the previous seat allotment that is the seat allotment in round 1 will be retained. Your previous seat allotment will not be cancelled if you aren't allotted a seat in round 2.
