The cutoff rank for the govt. dental college for MP through state quota for the previous year was 24398 with the marks 493 for unreserved category candidates. For the govt. medical college the rank was 37490 with the marks 463. So getting the govt. college is difficult but you can try for dental as well through state quota. If you want to go for the MBBS then you have to opt for the private colleges only. You can get the seat by the counselling process through your state counselling committee.
