It is difficult for you to get into the top NITs through your All India Rank and also through your OBC rank.

The last year's cut off by rank for the NITs for OBC category are :-

4) NIT , Durgapur - 1254

5) NIT, Calicut - 641

6) NIT , Raipur -1709

7) NIT, Kurukshetra - 1596

9) NIT, Surathkal- 500

10) NIT, Trichy-174

11) NIT, Warangal-300

Although cut offs change from year to year, but it seems very difficult for you to get admission.
